Paw Paw Tree Estate and Event Venue. Located at the foothills of Petit Jean Mt. next to the Arkansas River. This property will sleep 10. This property has garden like setting with huge boulders fountains and pond and private in ground swimming pool. You will be the only family using the pool. Grounds available for weddings/events under 50 people. Great spot for that family reunion or retreat. Small parking area near house and more parking located at the end of driveway. We have a three seat golf cart that can be rented to valet your guest up & down the driveway. We also have event items for rent (tables, chairs, etc.) for a small event/wedding. A private boat ramp just across the road for easy access onto the Arkansas River for fishing or duck hunting. Watch the barges on the river from the front porch. Located just 1 1/2 miles to Petit Jean gravesite overlook and 5 1/2 miles to Petit Jean State Park.

we had a pretty good time I think the time went too quickly but we had fun I feel like we spent most of the time in the pool having fun and did experiencing the house but all was good we had a good time thanks you homeowners.

Big house, alot of room! Perfect location for exploring petit Jean. Things were a little outdated but not an issue.. just something to note if you want luxury. . Great communication from the host. I would stay here again for sure.

Our experience was wonderful, place close to Petite Jean Park. The house was perfect, and great kitchen with all the supplies and equipment.

The property was great. The overall location and house itself was perfect for the mens retreat. We will definitely be renting this property again.
