We definitely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The neighborhood was beautiful!!

We had a very lovely stay at this residence in the Oregon District. His communication was impeccable and very kind. The place was clean, had water bottles in the fridge, and very nice sheets! When I return to Dayton, I would definitely stay there again.

Cute, clean, well maintained space in a lovely and walkable neighborhood. A bit echo-y, if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs or a sound machine. The bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains which is fine for me, but if you need it dark, bring a mask. Bed was comfortable! Street parking was available close by each time we needed it. Absolutely recommend!

Has everything you need for a short or long stay. Comfortable private clean and close to many wonderful eating establishments. The host and mgr were easy to communicate with.
