Sterling Shores 916 is a beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA condo located in the heart of Destin. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a large balcony with views of the Gulf. Sterling Shores is a gated, 11 story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guests to purchase for an additional fee. The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.
