this is a 28' travel trailer with two slide outs. Queen size bed with a new mattress, fireplace that operates on propane(tenant will need to buy their propane) but electricity, sewer, water and garbage included. Island kitchen, refrigerator and a freezer, couch makes into a bed and the dinette set can also be made into a bed. Very quiet, safe neighborhood and lots of nature.

We have a little over 2 acres and if your a fisherman the smith river is not far and has salmon and steelhead to fish for.
