The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was super clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was out of the hustle and bustle of Plaka and Monastiraki, but close enough. We walked everywhere. The apartment was a two-minute walk to the Ancient Agora cafés and restaurants. The rooftop was quite nice. Warning that depending on the movie being shown at the outdoor movie theater, it can get a bit loud- but it did not bother us.

Definitely take advantage of the hosts offer to organise transport to and from the apartment. Our initial arrival was a debacle. The unit is up a flight of stairs. We generally travel pretty light anyway but keep it in mind. Both beds are comfortable and the host provides a separate top sheet for those warm nights which is a real bonus. Shutters and double glazed windows means a good undisturbed sleep. We stayed twice and were happy to have done so. Bonus is also the incredible views of the acropolis.

Reserved the apartment for one night after arriving in Athens after a cruise and wish we would have stayed a couple more nights. The property is in a fantastic location, close to the Acropolis, and the shops and restaurants all around were fantastic. But the real icing on the cake was the rooftop patio with a hot tub where you can watch the sunset on the Acropolis. It truly was one of the highlights of our trip.

The only thing wrong was upon arrival the a/c did not work. Was fixed quickly. TV never worked but was only in the room to sleep.
