We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location, smooth check-in, and excellent communication from the host. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This home was perfect for our stay. It was in a quiet area but close to many neighborhoods in KC. Only tricky thing about the area is there aren't sidewalks everywhere. Just have to be conscious of that.Having two full bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms was great when my sister and brother-in-law came to join us. So many thoughtful touches with seasonings and ice available in the kitchen. Parking worked great too. There is a driveway and small circle drive that keeps you off the main road. Owner warned us that circle drive was bumpy. But it's a short stretch and well worth it for off street spots.I also don't know how I'll stay anywhere without a washer and dryer. So great to be able to take care of laundry without leaving the house.

Was just a quick stay overnight after a late baseball game. Check in went smooth and communication with the owner was great too. The house itself smelled like smoke, which I’m very sensitive to, so it may have been a neighbor that smokes that is seeping through the walls, or someone at some point smoked in this house. The blinds in both bedrooms were broken. One room wouldn’t go down and the other room had a blind broken leaving a hole for anyone to look into. Maybe we should have gone to the house sooner but when we got there the upstairs was not cooled and so warm, I couldn’t hardly sleep because the AC couldn’t cool it off very quickly. The house seemed well stocked and if we stayed longer we would have used some more of the amenities, but for the quick stay I didn’t think it was worth the price.
