Downstairs options are Coral and Seashell suites with queen beds, patio access, and private entrances.

The Sea Wall is just steps away and perfect for morning walks and sunset views, while nearby beaches include Goodman’s Bay (1.2 miles west), Colonial Beach (1.5 miles west), and Saunders Beach (1.75 miles east), which is especially family-friendly with calm waters and a playground. You’re also close to Arawak Cay and Junkanoo Beach (about 2.1–2.3 miles east), known for lively fish fry spots, local dining, music, and beach activities.
