Loved the view! Easy access to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Very relaxing and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay! I will note that this is first floor, not ground floor, for anyone who cannot do stairs (we knew this, just noting!). We had a great time having the beautiful beach so accessible and not crowded. The balcony was a lovely place to have coffee and stare out into the ocean view. The pool was a bit chilly, but the kids still loved it! I believe the air conditioning in the main area may need serviced, as it was not keeping up as well when the temperatures started going up toward the end of the week. The pull out couch was great for movie nights! The kitchen was beautiful and highly functional and well stocked with everything we needed! The area was very family friendly, lots to do. This was a great fit for our family! (2 adults, 2 kids 4 & 3).

Overall we had a wonderful week. Great location & great weather. Unfortunately we had a few issues, Faulty AC unit in master that finally got replaced Wednesday or Thursday, problems with the 2nd bathroom sink & tub backing up. You sent people out which took care of the sink but the shower remained an issue. The balcony furniture had chairs with rusty legs and we were cleaning up rust pieces daily on the balcony as that is where we did most of our eating. The front (2nd) bedroom was also very dampish... My wife kept her clothes in that room and had some issues with damp clothes. Great location at the beach but to be honest, the condo was a tad disappointing but we did make the best of it... As for recommending this particular condo, I couldn't do that presently. My wife and I do plan on visiting again the first week in October so hopefully we'll have a little better luck..
