You're within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and just steps from the sand.
Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.

Nice and clean and walkable to restaurant and gift shop. Quiet building and quick beach access.

Stayed here for a long girls getaway and we enjoyed every minute.
Condo was spacious, nicely decorated and at a great location.
Acme and coffee shop across the street.
Fabulous food at Bull in the Beach right on 94th Street.
Plan on returning here again next year!

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end! The place was immaculate when we got there!! The pool was so great and they even had cornhole. The place is located near anything you could want or need and if not you can take the bus and pay $4.00 a person for the day and it gets you to the boardwalk or anywhere up or down the highway. Great to avoid drinking and driving! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a BLAST at the condo - it was a slight bummer that the bedroom that said queen bed in the description was actually a double but we made it work and it didn’t detract from our stay. It was really cool to have both a bay and ocean view from the patio. Also, the supplies available to us were very helpful ( beach umbrella, boogie boards, kitchen stuff). The staff were all amazing and the location was perfect - it felt very safe as well :) We definitely want to stay here again!!!
