Detached house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two independent bathrooms, located five minutes walk from the Cathedral and El Alcázar, with capacity for five people.
The house is an old house rehabilitated from those in which lived the royal officials assigned in the Mint. The American galleons unloaded the gold in the Torres del Oro and La Plata and melted there to make coins for the entire Spanish Empire. It is two minutes from the river, the Cathedral and the entire monumental area of Seville
It is heated and cold and all its furniture is new; the apartment has sheets, towels and blankets and free internet connection.
This old two-storey house is located in the Patio del Tesorero, in the building that was the coin factory known as Casa de la Moneda, it is therefore very independent: no neighbor will have to suffer.
The place where it is located is very quiet, although it is in the heart of Seville a few meters from the Torre del Oro, and the Cathedral. The apartment is divided into:
1º / The living room with seating area and dining room with seating for 5 people.
2nd / The kitchen equipped with all appliances (microwave, ketel, and plenty of kitchenware and crockery)
3º / Two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. There are enough lockers to leave the clothes and personal effects of the guests.
4º / Two complete bathrooms.
The neighborhood also has all the amenities: supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and all kinds of shops.
We recommend the typical restaurant "Casablanca", where you can taste the typical Andalusian cuisine.
A little over three minutes walk can find all the bars and restaurants in the area of La Judería and Barrio de Santa Cruz.
Located ten minutes by taxi from the Santa Justa train station, and twenty minutes from the airport. If you want to rent a car, you will find all the rental companies in the same San Justa Station, or in the same Calle Almirante Lobo, one step away from the house.
An adjacent public parking makes it very convenient to arrive by rental car: The parking is called Avenida de Roma.

Ideal location for exploring on foot with a large underground parking area close by. The property is 3 stories so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Suited out needs perfectly for our party of four.

The apt is ideally located, walking distance to all the major sites in Seville, as well as the airport bus stop, so that we were able to take the airport bus both on our arrival and our departure. The flat was easy walking distance from the Cathedral, and many delicious tapas places, as well as a wonderful intimate flamenco performance site, which we learned about from the nearby tourist office.
The flat itself has a comfortable living room for relaxing in the evenings, with a dining table to use for breakfast in the mornings. It's worth noting that the flat spans three levels, with a winding internal staircase, and the two bedrooms on the first and second level above the ground floor (each with its own bathroom), so it's best for guests who have no problem with stairs.
We sometimes had difficult reaching Maria with questions, but she was helpful with sending someone to check us in after we reached the apt from the airport. We would recommend this apt to any guests who are able to manage stairs with no problem. The location couldn't be better, and the flat itself was clean and lovely.

Overall a very good experience.
Location could not be better. Close to everything we wanted to see.
The shower in the top floor bathroom could be better. The doors were flimsy and almost falling off, on a very small shower.

This property has the best location, it was clean, quiet but very very central. Ideal for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Great AC which is so necessary in the city. The upper stairs to the twin room was an ‘experience’ and even more so the upper level bathroom! Myself and my mum were sharing this room but my fit 72 yo mum managed fine. A guidebook for the property would be appreciated but we managed to work most things out. Check in via key box but Maria was on hand for any questions. Would recommend.
