Come and discover Villa Souzy, a family home of 130m2, completely renovated and decorated in a chic country style.
Ideally located on the Charente coast, in an authentic and wild fishing village, facing the Île d'Aix, Fouras-les-Bains and Fort Boyard.
Ideal capacity: 6 adults maximum and 4 children.
Villa Souzy is composed, on the first floor, of an equipped kitchen, a living room open to a dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom + separate toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms and a second bathroom + separate toilet.
A garden of 1000m2, fully enclosed, with dining area and BBQ completes the property.

- Bedroom 2 - First floor: bed 160
- Bedroom 3 - upstairs: bed 160
- Bedroom 4 - upstairs: two 90 cm beds (which can be modulated into a 180 cm bed)

In the heart of the Charente-Maritime, 50m from the Charente and close (2km) to the Atlantic Ocean, the village of Port des Barques is practically a peninsula.
In a quiet and picturesque village, everything can be done on foot or by bike from the house.
Port des Barques is an authentic and wild fishing village offering extraordinary landscapes.
From the village, the Passe aux Bœufs (a sand pier allowing access on foot or by car to the Île Madame) is extraordinarily preserved: a wild green setting, surrounded by oyster farms and plaices that invite you to escape and contemplate.
Possibility to park inside the property or in front of it, on the street, free of charge.
