2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Lagoon Villa 29 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa embraced by the classic trees of the Lowcountry — and the layout is perfect for two families or a group that wants both space and privacy. Each bedroom has two queen beds and its own full bathroom, a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, and access to the Lagoon Villas community pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, and Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, restaurants, and bike trails are all within easy reach.

Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

Nice property for our family of four. Condo layout was great. Appreciated all the amenities… The pool, nearby Pickleball, easy walk to the beach. Very quiet.A few cleanliness issues. Alec was very professional and responsive.
