Enjoyed my stay upon checking in they were very accommodating as I explained that it was there to attend a convention so I need to go to convention center. They placed me in the proper building quiet room. I was able to enjoy the adult pool. The views of the lake and the sunset are magnificent. The room was immaculate fresh everything whirlpool tub fully stocked people are very friendly on the resort. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Jake, the host was very good at communicating. All information was communicated as needed. Thank you. A special shout out to Arletha f&b supervisor as she was very friendly, helpful, and very informative concerning my safety with getting an Uber. A very sweet lady with a big heart and a big smile.!

Room and amenities were as described. Access to pools are included but note that there is an additional fee for the separate waterpark on site. Good location, close to the convention center, approximately a 10-15 minute drive. Check-in process was easy and good communication with the host.

It was the best stay in my 33 years of living! Only thing was the furniture needs replacing. I rate it 10 outta 10 though

Pictured NOT our studio apartment. Westgate is a 2200 room resort open to the public. Room was clean. LOCATION WAS 2nd floor over A/C systems. Appeared to be freshly painted. Walls are paper thin. UNIT NEXT TO US HAD SCREAMING CHILDREN. Went to the pool outside our balcony and told we had to pay to use the pool.
