Condo was clean, modern, huge veranda with wonderful mountain views and sunsets. Host was very responsive. Took time to provide a variety of recommended hiking trails and restaurants for our stay.

Neat and tidy flat with everything you need for self catering with a magnificent view from the terrace. Really quiet and relaxing atmosphere in a residential development along with a private (shared with other residents) pool. About 10 mins drive from town along some very hilly roads, so a car is essential. We really enjoyed our week staying here.

We stayed in Casa alisa, Monika's apartment, from August 5th to 19th. Contact with Monika was transparent, honest, and pleasant. The apartment has a well-functioning dishwasher and washing machine, excellent kitchen fully equipped.Lovely large walk-in shower, with nice rain shower. Good beds, great pillowsThe view is fantastic. the place exceeded our expectations! The apartment offers plenty of privacy, there is a lot of peace and quiet. You absolutely need a car.3 communal swimming pools, all easy too reach. It was our first time in Benitachell, but we already knew the Costa Blanca well, Calpe, Altea. Evertheless we followed several of the tips from your document folder. We absolutely recommend Monika's Apartment !!!
