Relax on the comfortable green sofa in front of the cozy electric fireplace, watch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV, or enjoy a meal at the high-top dining set. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. A carpeted staircase leads down to the spacious bedroom, which features a striking purple ceiling, a luxurious super king-sized bed, a small seating area, and open closet space.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two-level apartment during their stay. You can also enjoy the shared backyard patio area, which is equipped with picnic tables. Entry is convenient and flexible with self-check-in available anytime from 4 PM using a secure lockbox. Earlier check-in may be available upon request. While you have complete privacy, our dedicated concierge is always available to assist if you need anything.

Getting Around:

With its central location, getting around Birmingham from South Road, Hockley is simple and efficient. If you’re driving, the property has excellent road links, and ride-sharing services such as Uber and Bolt are readily available.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:



🚫 No Parties or Gatherings – This property is for registered guests only. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.



🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated smoking area if needed.



🐾 Pets Allowed Upon Approval – There will be £50 per pet, and we will require a damage deposit of £100 (less than 20lbs). Note, that only dogs are allowed.



🔇 Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.



🏡 Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.



🚫 No Illegal Substances – The use of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.



👥 Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.



🧹 Maintain Cleanliness – Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional fees.



🤝 To help maintain our property in great condition, a security deposit of £150 is collected prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay if no damage or extra cleaning is needed.
