Welcome to Inzell—arguably the most active family-friendly village in the Bavarian Alps. From bike tours and hikes to speed skating, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing—there’s plenty to do here in both summer and winter.

Our house is situated on a small hill surrounded by meadows and pastures and offers you a breathtaking mountain panorama. A special treat for cross-country skiing enthusiasts: the trail runs right past the house. Biking and hiking trails also start right here on-site.

Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished vacation apartment will delight you, true to the motto “small but lovely”:
It accommodates 2 people and features a separate entrance off the house. From the living/sleeping area, you’ll enjoy an impressive mountain view of the Gamsknogel and the Zwiesel. The apartment is equipped with a 1.80-meter-wide box-spring bed, a couch area with a smart TV, a dining area, and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The price includes freshly laundered bed linens and towels as well as final cleaning. The kitchen—which is also new and fully equipped—has everything a cook’s heart desires, so feel right at home. There’s plenty of space in front of the house for your car and a bike or two. The adjoining garden with a small terrace is perfect for relaxing—unobstructed mountain views included.

Enjoy beautiful moments at the magnificent natural swimming lake in the heart of Inzell, hike around the local mountain “Falkenstein,” plan a hike to the Zwiesel or the Gamsknogel, or how about a visit to the Max Aicher Arena—the world’s most modern speed skating arena. A hike to Frillensee via the Mountain Forest Adventure Trail or to one of the many alpine pastures in and around Inzell is always well worth the effort. Other destinations within a 30-minute to one-hour drive include: Lake Chiemsee, Ruhpolding, Bad Reichenhall, Reit im Winkl, Berchtesgaden, or Salzburg...
