I really enjoyed this house . The view was my favorite. But I thought the beds were so comfortable. I slept well every single night . We loved the Viking stove . Cooked things to perfection. The grill was very clean. Which is so unusual in rentals . Loved the giant box of dog toys downstairs. Yard is a little steep for walking dog around. But I got use to it . The house is 10 minutes to town . Everyone who came by just loved it . Yonder keeps all thier listings so clean . I'll rent from them anytime .I also really enjoyed the rocking chairs on porch . I also loved the neighborhood I felt very safe the very nights I stayed on my own .

The view was amazing and the house floorplan is lovely. The location is great as was the proximity to downtown Hendersonville. That being said, the house was not in that great of condition. When we arrived, the roof had been actively leaking…we contacted the management company and they called, but no one came out and we were there for a week. The day before we left I was packing up the pantry with things we had brought and discovered active signs of a mouse…..a bag of cookies was chewed through the bag and there were droppings. I sent an email to the management company and didn’t hear back. Overall, the house needs to be deep cleaned, and just has a worn feeling about it.
