Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Monterey Bay from our newly remodeled, Seascape Beach Resort condo located in Aptos.
It is a single level unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a new fireplace, a balcony with white water, ocean views, a fully stocked coffee bar, new mattresses and updated furniture. You will have access to the North Bluff pool and jacuzzi’, the on-site restaurant and bar, and easy beach access. Seascape golf course is only a few blocks away and Monterey, Big Sur, Capitola and Carmel is a short drive away.

We spend four peaceful and relaxing days at this excellent Seascape Condo rental. Great ocean view from the living room and wraparound balcony. Exactly as described. To top it off the weather was gorgeous during our early December stay. We have been doing rental properties up and down the California coast for the last 40 years and this was definitively in the top five. Highly recommended.

Aptos offered an amazing getaway from SF. The beaches, the pool, the shops across the street, the quick drive to Santa Cruz. The place was a dream for our family

The view of the beach is amazing. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The host has provided so many things, even deck chairs for the beach.
