We had a 3 day trip that included the Ark Encounter and Kings Island, half adults and half kids. The house was a perfect setup for the location and bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked for two dinners that we cooked. Will use again!!!

In the pictures, I kind of thought that it was a little smaller than when it actually was. It is huge roomie so spacious we had 15 people and could’ve added more. It’s nice very clean. Neighbors were quiet even though it’s next to a road it is very quiet area. Nice roomie backyard. We sat on the front porch a lot and enjoyed the back deck. very family friendly beds are comfortable. There’s the game room and adults and kids enjoyed the game room. We definitely got the use out of that then you got the TVs, which was really nice cause you could watch stuff at night with your significant other if you wanted to a really nice big kitchen table that would probably fit 25 people. It’s huge. I highly recommend this place. The host was very very nice and had air, which was nice when it was hot. We thank them very much and hope to do business again

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kids especially loved the games, and we enjoyed spending time together around the large dining table. The selection of board games was a great bonus and made for some memorable family evenings. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.
