Luxury Penthouse in the heart of Rome with private panoramic terrace. Located in one of the most sought-after areas of Rome, just steps away from Rome's iconic historical and cultural landmarks, the property boasts a panoramic terrace for exclusive use, providing unparalleled views of the city. From this vantage point, you can gaze upon the rooftops of Rome and enjoy a front-row seat to the major historical sites.
Located in an elegant building built at the end of the 19th century, Arenula16 is a luxury penthouse fully renovated in 2024. The home is spread over two levels: on the first level (sixth floor), there are 3 bedrooms, including two doubles and one with twin beds, 3 bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table, sofa, and flat-screen TV. On the second level (seventh floor), there is a dining room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. From the second level guests have access to a panoramic terrace of approximately 100 square meters, for their exclusive use, offering a 360-degree view of the centre of Rome. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, BBQ and features night lighting.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and desks with power outlets. The kitchen on the first level is provided with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine; the kitchen on the second level is equipped with a microwave oven, Nespresso machine, fridge, and dishwasher. A washer/dryer is available for guests. All areas are covered by a Wi-Fi network.
Arenula16 is located in the centre of Rome, just a few steps from Largo di Torre Argentina, 5 minutes on foot from Campo de Fiori, 9 minutes from Piazza Navona, 9 minutes on foot from the Pantheon, and 11 minutes on foot from Piazza Venezia.
PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the house is located on the fifth floor and can be reached via the building's elevator. The home is spread over two levels (sixth and seventh floors), accessible via internal stairs. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the internal stairs.

We 5 adults spent 6 nights in this FABULOUS penthouse apartment in May 2026 and could not have been happier with our experience. Pros: Cristina, the host, and Ada her associate were a delight and very, very responsive to any communications we had. She stayed on top of our reservation up to arrival and checked-in on us to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Couldn't have been better!The place itself if fabulous! It seems like it's a brand new high end renovation with everything in perfectly new condition. Well appointed, comfortable, well stocked... couldnt' find fault with anything. The views are the star of the show as the Terrace is unbelievable. It is higher than anything else around it except for the cathedrals and gave an overwhelming 360 view of old Rome. We spent every morning out there with coffee and every evening having happy hour admiring the eternal city around us. It was sublime!!Cons. Only one and that is the stairs leading up to the apartment. There is an elevator up to the 5th floor, but you do have about 12 steps with step stairs to climb with luggage to get to the apartment. It wasn't a problem for us but if we were 10 years older or had any physical limitations, it could have been hard. There is a similar staircase to the terrace. HOWEVER, this should not dissuade you if you are in decent shape to handle them. It is 100% worth the stairs (and the extra Apple Watch steps) to experience this amazing property. Book it!!

The apartment is fantastic - spacious, luxurious, and well-equipped. Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed the opportunity to prepare and eat breakfast together before heading out to see the sights. We ordered in a couple of nights to rest tired feet. After dinner we spent time on the wonderful roof deck, drinking wine and talking. It was just magical. Our hostess, Cristina, was lovely, very helpful, responsive, and pleasant. The location is really good - in the historic center but high enough to enjoy some tranquility from the Rome bustle.
