Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located on the 3rd floor was beautifully renovated in 2019. All modern appliances/features and updated, luxurious furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping. The Tiki Condominium complex has no elevators, and only has three floors (Each flight has 14 steps).

*The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure.
*Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors for your safety. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.

Bill and Barb: THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR HOME WITH US!!Too many great features to list but here’s what that really stood out to me: it’s the closest building to the beach at Tiki Condos. You even have water views from the balcony - and if you’re there at the right time, you can watch the regularly scheduled weekend fireworks from the balcony! The building is also very close to the pool and grills. Not only was master bedroom bed very comfortable and my daughter said the murphy bed was great! Property owner was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond whenever I reached out with questions and I really appreciated that. BONUS: We had no idea that Sea Turtle Inc. was right across the street from the condos! What a cool place with a great mission. After visiting them, we were lucky enough to join them the next morning about a mile from the condos to watch them release 180 turtle hatchlings as well as several of their rehab’d patients!SPI HIGHLIGHTS FOR US: (1). we participated in the 4th of July Beach Parade; (2). Clayton’s Beach Bar Fireworks that you can see from the balcony are good; the bayside fireworks on the 4th of July are GREAT!!! (3). Padre Island Brewing Co: super friendly staff and really good beers! 2nd oldest brewpub in Texas is what I was told. (4) Captain Murphy’s Isla Tours: reasonably priced dolphin tour with the added benefit of a mini eco-tour to learn about and see local species.Thanks again Bill and Barb…
