You won't forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Originally built as a dairy barn this home includes lots of open space, original wood elements, and vintage eclectic charm. This home has a large open main floor plan to accommodate plenty of guests and boasts two covered patios to enjoy outdoor living anytime of year. The Barn is located 1 mile from the heart of Bemus Point, NY, but away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet country setting. Come experience it for yourself!
This barn home is over 4,000 square feet and features two separate but connected living spaces. Two kitchens, two dining rooms, two living rooms, two patio spaces, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, 2 loft spaces, a bonus room with bunk bed, plus a huge open concept main living floor. This is perfect for a multifamily get-a-way! You won't understand the amazingness of this space until you rent with us. It's massive, it unique, and it's a perfect home away from home.

We are located 1 mile from the heart of Bemus Point, Chautauqua Lake! We boast a beautiful, peaceful country setting while still remaining close to all the local amenities and of course... the lake! We have space in the driveway for 6 vehicles and additional parking on the lawn for your boat trailer (summer months only on lawn).

We had a wonderful weekend staying in the large barn with our family! The barn is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils we needed to prepare our meals, which made it feel just like home.The property itself is gorgeous and was a perfect place to relax and spend time together. While there isn’t air conditioning, the owner provides plenty of fans throughout the barn, and they kept everything comfortable—we hardly noticed the lack of A/C.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a unique, comfortable, and beautiful place to gather with family or friends!

What a beautiful and roomy home. We truly enjoyed our stay. This home is so well cared for inside and out. It is stocked with everything you could need and so CLEAN!! The location is great-only 1 mile from the lake. Many thanks to our host for such a great find!!

We had a wonderful time in The Barn; quirky in the best way! There were 11 of us - 3 daugers, 2 husbands and 4 cousins along with us grandparents. Lots of beds and privacy when needed and open space for activity both inside and outside. We used the fire pit twice and the kids played extensively in the large yard. The porch downstairs was used constantly and the deck upstairs became the kid hangout. The kitchen was very well appointed with open cupboards for all our supplies. Long, large islands for prep and buffet eating. The location was perfect for visiting Chatauqua Institute, Panama Rocks, Cassadaga Lake, Niagra Falls NY, boating on the lake and exploring charming Bumus Point. Emily responded to our minor requests quickly and cheerfully. If the cousins have their way, we'll be back next summer!
