The Palmetto at Four Palms Lido puts you in the sweet spot between two of Lido Key's biggest reasons to visit: the beach and St. Armands Circle. Walk about five minutes to Lido Beach in the morning. Come home when you've had enough sun. Head to St. Armands for dinner. The Palmetto is a private two-bedroom, two-bath retreat for up to four guests who want their Sarasota vacation to feel like actually living on the island.

THE BEACH IS RIGHT THERE
Lido Beach is about a five-minute walk from The Palmetto. That's close enough to change the way you use it. You don't have to commit to a full beach day. Go for a morning walk. Come back for lunch. Head over again for a swim. Return once more because the sunset looks incredible. We've also got the basics waiting for you: beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels. Grab them and go.
PARK THE CAR
Yes, The Palmetto includes one dedicated on-site parking space.But the bigger benefit is what happens after you arrive. Beach access is walkable. St. Armands is walkable. Restaurants are walkable. Coffee is walkable. Dessert is walkable. Sunset is walkable. For a few days, the car can become something you own instead of something you constantly need.

Jarrod was an amazing host - he was incredibly responsive, easy to work with and ready to help out whenever we needed it. The location was unbeatable with only a 5 min drive to the beach. The unit was quiet, clean and perfect for our needs. The only thing of note was the laundry is coin operated which is not a big deal at all but worth knowing so you can bring coins in case you plan to do laundry :)

This unit is within walking distance of Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle. Very clean, air conditioned, and the owner responded quickly to questions.

The host was very responsive. The check in and check out process was very easy. The unit was clean and well equip. Great location. Loved it!

We rented for two weeks in March 2025 and found the condo so clean and nice and the location was so great. The beach was in walking distance and a free trolley to take you to St. Armand’s Circle and downtown Sarasota. Jarrod the host was the best. He was right there for anything you needed. I would definitely rent there again.
