Exceptional rental property!! We were in Prescott for the bluegrass festival and found this spectacular home on VRBO! Beautiful new home with absolutely everything you need! Spotlessly clean as my wife is very picky! All new appliances and beautiful TV! Independent AC systems in each living area and bedrooms which allowed for perfect comfort control. Electric roller blinds in main living area is super high end and so easy to use! Both bathrooms were immaculate with beautiful fixtures and nice shower heads! Great covered patio that we could sit out on and enjoy listen to the bands in the distance..and enjoy excellent takeout from walking distance! Lots of private parking and very easy and high end gate and house locks.. I usually have issues with locks but these were extra easy to use!! Host Deborah was amazing from the start with lighting fast responses to questions and helped us with a few important requests! Such a wonderful caring host.. we didn’t want to leave but will for sure plan another longer trip to visit Deborah’s exceptional home!! Thank you so much Deborah - be in touch soon

This property did not disappoint. It is conveniently located, within walking distance of downtown attractions. The property is clean and has been well kept. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
