ABOUT THE HOME: This lovely beach front condo is conveniently located in the beaches "Best Kept Secret" Resort, Emerald Isle, which is also rated the #1 Specialty Resort on Panama City Beach. This unit is on the West end of the building which provides you with the most amazing views from the private balcony. It's perfect for entertaining and enjoying the sunset. The living room includes a large flat screen TV for the games or an evening movie, which you can enjoy from the comfortable sleeper sofa or 2 sitting chairs. Also in this unit is a king size bed in the master bedroom with more views of the gulf and access to the private balcony and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and cookware for cooking a family meal or to just enjoy a snack when taking a break from the beach. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and the kitchen bar has stools for the overflow of family.

ABOUT THE AREA: Onsite are two pools: one that is heated and both are located on the gulf side on the ground floor in addition to a large hot tub. The property also features an exercise room, sauna, and steam room. You can also find an onsite pavilion with BBQ grills. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- This unit comes with 1 assigned reserved parking spot in the secure covered parking garage. There is overflow parking across the street, with a covered walkway to the 3rd floor. (HOA fee applies)

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
