The main floor offers expansive living and dining areas filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking Gulf views. The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, a large island, and everything needed to make meal prep easy and enjoyable. These amenities are rounded out by drip and Keurig coffee makers and a wet bar with an undercounter ice maker and beverage fridge. This level also includes a beachfront primary King suite, offering a private retreat with stunning views, a well-appointed en suite bath with a separate tub and shower, and access to the beachfront porch. A spacious laundry room and powder room complete this floor.

The top floor adds extra privacy and space to relax. 2 beachfront King bedrooms each offer incredible Gulf views and private en suite baths. The east lagoon-view bedroom features 2 bunk beds plus a trundle, sleeping up to 5, with an attached full bath, while the west lagoon-view bedroom includes 2 extra-long Full-size beds. This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
