Thanks to this central location, it is possible to walk to Madrid's most emblematic sites such as the Royal Palace, the Cathedral of the Almudena, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía or the Sabatini Gardens, but if you like different plans, you will also find the Arab baths five minutes away.



And as if that weren't enough, you'll be surrounded by bus and metro stations that will connect you with the entire city.

Keep in mind that for reservations of 28 nights or more:



1. You must sign a temporary rental contract

2. Public services such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR
