As a native of Munich, I’ve always enjoyed traveling just four hours across the Alps to a completely different and warmer region—with palm trees and subtropical vegetation—the Swiss Riviera. This approximately 38-square-meter apartment features a living room, a bedroom, and a dining area, and can accommodate 2 people. There’s also a small kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a balcony—very pleasant in the summer! A year-round heated pool is included with the apartment, as well as a private parking space. It’s a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach and the Ascona golf course. It takes just a little longer to reach the harbor promenade with all its shops and restaurants.
