Overall our stay here was nice. There were a few disappointing things about the house that definitely could be improved. There was only one lounge chair for the entire pool area which made it hard to all hang out around and enjoy the pool. The pool was very clean and kept up nicely though! The oven did not work which we didn’t realize until we already had food prepped and ready to go in to the oven. There is a small tabletop grill which we were able to use instead so that was nice. The listing says it can sleep 7 people but I would definitely not recommend staying here with that many people. The kitchen has only enough glasses and dinnerware for 4 people at best (4 coffee mugs, 3 drinking glasses etc.). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house was close to friends of ours so it was very convenient. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Our host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Everything was in order.

We rented this property to see family and figured that it would be a good spot to set up and have family come see us instead of us driving all over Orlando to visit them. After we rented, we read the rules about partying, keeping noise level down, and the car limit. We reached out and explained the situation to the host and they were very understanding and appreciated the communication. All this to say that the hosts were very nice, welcoming, and responsive. The house was very spacious with a large living room/dining room, den with nice recliner chairs, a large back patio, and a backyard with a pool. The pool was clean and I am not 100% sure but it felt like it may be heated because it was cloudy and overcast with the temperature being about 68-70 and the pool felt warmer than the air. There were a couple frogs in the pool but they got out of the pool as soon as the kids jumped in. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We actually made another trip back down and were looking to see if this one was available but I think someone had already booked it, unfortunately. Next time we come down I will definitely check!

The pool was not available for use, was unclean, and the advertisement is showing the pool. The oven did not work and I don’t eat fried foods. The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights. I did text the property owner these problems after the stay
