Welcome to Enchanted Vacation Homes - Nob Hill, a freshly refurbished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in Nob Hill, one of Albuquerque`s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. Whether you`re visiting for a weekend getaway, a family trip, or an extended stay, this home offers the comfort and privacy of a fully equipped home with the best of Albuquerque right outside your door.
THE HOME
This is a spacious, well-appointed home designed for groups and families of up to 6. All beds feature plush memory foam mattresses:
Bedroom 1 — king memory foam bed, smart TV
Bedroom 2 — king memory foam bed, smart TV
Bedroom 3 — two twin memory foam beds, dedicated desk and office chair, washer & dryer access
The living room features a smart TV with YouTube TV included. The home has gigabit internet throughout, ideal for remote workers or streaming. The fully furnished kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, tea kettle, and all the cookware you need. A second workspace in the kitchen makes it easy for multiple people to work from home simultaneously.
OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES
A private fenced-in front yard is a rare find in Nob Hill and the large, xeriscaped backyard takes it further with a patio, firepit, and gas grill, making it an ideal setup for evenings outside. Both yards are fully enclosed and entirely private.

Truly a lovely home and gracious hosts. All spaces were as described, and pictures couldn't do the enormous back yard justice. Would stay again without a second thought.

This cozy little house met all of our needs! The beds were supremely comfy along with the butter soft bed linens. We slept very well with the dark curtains. The kitchen we didn’t use for cooking, however we did find coffee, cream and sugar along with filtered water in the fridge. The bathrooms had plenty of necessities and over all we had a great stay and will seek this place again! Thanks!
