Beautiful ocean views from this 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condo on the 7th floor of South Hampton, located in Kingston Resort. This condo has been renovated with new flooring, new furniture, and new artwork. It has an open floor plan with coastal furnishings and artwork that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (200 Mbps).
***Please be advised of the South Hamptons corridor remodeling project is scheduled to start on Monday, October 5th, and is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.
Work will begin on floors 1 and 2, then proceed to floors 16 and 15, continuing downward two floors at a time***
South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.
Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).
Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.
This condo can be rented with South Hampton 704A next door to create a 3 Bed / 3 Bath combo for extra guests.

The unit was great and the host was very responsive anytime I reached out. The unit had everything we needed for our weekend stay! The unit looks just like the photos in the listing. We loved the decor. The beds were comfortable. We loved that it was in Kingston area and felt a bit more secure/safe. Location was also close to shopping, dining and WalMart for groceries or necessities. Only negative was that it could have been cleaned better, but those comments were passed along. 10/10 would stay again! A bonus was the beach wasn’t crowded at all (shocking for a June weekend!).

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

The condo was just as described. Nice and clean, good AC, great views. The condo is in a resort area and getting out adds about 5 minutes to your drive when going places in Myrtle Beach. The Mega Fitness access was great to have and we utilized it a couple times.
