The property was in a cove and lots of trees blocking the view. Not a “clear” view of the lake. 131 steps to get to the bottom of the lake and 131 to get back up. Otherwise fine if you’re ok with walking the flight of stairs a couple of times a day to get to and from the water.

Was a great place for the whole family to come and be together. We fished and paddle boarded and hung out at the dock

We had a great time at The Perch. The little cove was perfect for the kids to swim in. The house was clean, simple for what we needed and located in a great part of the lake. This was our first time here and The Perch was a great start to our Smith Lake experience.
