The Space:

Enjoy a spacious and well-equipped apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay. The living area, featuring a dining table, desk, sofa and chaise longue, is perfect for relaxing and socialising. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. The sleeping area comprises two en-suite bedrooms, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, basketball and football courts, green spaces and a private mooring. For your convenience, the apartment features central heating, a dishwasher, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire flat, including the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and study area. The outdoor swimming pool is also available for use.

Discover the vibrant neighbourhood surrounding our apartment, situated on the picturesque Avenida Escritor Costa Barreto in Porto. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the stunning Freixo marina, perfect for water sports and relaxing riverside strolls. Enjoy invigorating walks, runs or bike rides along the riverside promenade, with direct access from the building. A short distance away, explore the charming riverside terraces and leafy parks, ideal for moments of leisure and relaxation. Just 3.5 km from the centre of Porto and 1 km from Campanhã station, the location offers easy access to attractions and transport links. Getting Around:

To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on application). Furthermore, the apartment is conveniently located near an extensive public transport network, making it easy to reach various parts of the city and places of interest.



Other Things to Note:

Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it could affect our guests' stay. As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests' expectations are duly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon consultation.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities cap (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If consumption exceeds this amount, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.



The tenant is required to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
