Walk up bar for 6 is adjacent to the large living area featuring a 84” 4K, Smart TV, with surround sound.
Back yard features an older large private pool, spa, 4 hole putting green, grassy area, outside dinning, BBQ, and plenty of tanning lounges. Jacuzzi surrounded by Pollywood (Sustainable) Adirondack chairs
The main floor of the executive home is host to a large chefs gourmet kitchen with new top of the line appliances and a coffee and juice bar.
The large dining area will seat 10 comfortably overlooking the beautiful pool and putting green.
The large living area features a huge new wrap around couch and 85” 4K, Smart TV, with Netflix, You Tube, Prime etc. included. The kitchen and eating area are open to the family room or may be closed off by shutting the custom barn doors.

Upstairs off the main entry is the bonus room. Featuring a regulation size pool table. 75” TV, Bunk beds with a Full mattress and two twin mattress and a sofa bed.

The back yard oasis features a large pool with two sets of entry steps and a spa. Sitting and lounging areas are ample around the huge pool.

Love the layout of the home, all bedrooms were downstairs and easy for my older dad to get around without stairs. The bonus room upstairs has a great vibe. Plenty of room for everyone to share and spend time. Pool is large and nice areas with shade. The spa was easy to heat. Overall great experience

We were so pleased with our recent stay. The accommodations were impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. Communication with our host was excellent, always prompt and helpful. They were remarkably attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything required for a comfortable weekend. We would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone seeking a delightful experience.

We really enjoyed staying at Karen's home and she is a perfect host. The backyard here is fantastic. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Her home is perfect for a Family wanting to spend time together and visit. The kitchen/dining/great room is awesome. Big & Spacious and everyone knows that is where all the Peeps want to hang out. The big "Farm-Style" dining room table is really nice and accommodates the whole family very comfortably. It just felt good. We had one minor plumbing problem & Karen had a Guy there in less than an hour to fix it. That's incredible response time and shows how much she cares. We would definitely go back. Thank you for everything.

Overall the property worked for our purposes. We were there attending Stagecoach and as there were five of us we wanted to book a place that had enough space, which this house had. They were also kind enough to accommodate a two hour earlier check in, which was appreciated. Unfortunately we found two exceptionally large cockroaches immediately upon checking in. I notified the owner immediately and she informed me that the bug man had been there that week and asked if they were dead. Yes, they were dead but they were also cockroaches. In a bedroom. And a bathroom. I’ve stayed in countless rentals in the Palm Springs area and have never, ever experienced this. Frankly, I don’t think this is acceptable. Besides the bug situation the house really needs some maintenance and a thorough cleaning. Lots of dirt on the window sills, dated fixtures and finishes and the air vents were all filthy. The property also lacked sufficient towels…there was only one bath towel in the master bath so my daughter and I ended up sharing that all weekend. The area rugs in the bathrooms and kitchen should probably be replaced at this point and the pool needs a refresh. Overall we were fine, and the location was perfect for the event venue but I won’t book this place next year.
