73 Sandpiper Drive - This sound front Island Park house features four bedrooms and four baths on two levels. One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a single; the other bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has a king, and the other one has a queen. All bedrooms have TVs. There are two bathrooms on each level.
Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, iron, and unsecure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe or eat lunch on the uncovered, large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. With the creek on one side, and the lagoon across the street, you can see water every way you look. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool.

73 Sandpiper offers a two-night stay before May 29 and after August 15. Golf cart outlet is in left side of carport area by electric meter.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

This home was very well equipped with everything you would need while on vacation! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery, cooking dishes, and even a new set of non-stick ceramic pots and pans. The beds were comfortable with plenty of clean blankets, pillows and comforters and lots of closet space and storage in the bedroom furniture. Our family most loved the back deck that overlooked the sound and the ability to both swim and fish during high tide or walk across to some of the sandbars during low tide. The outdoor furnishings were in good shape, plenty of chairs on both levels as well as beach chairs, life jackets and inner tubes for the little ones. There was also a brand new gas grill which we really appreciated. The neighborhood felt safe, was well maintained and nice to take walks in with great access to the beach. While we did not use them, there are several nice pools close by. The owners have done a great job furnishing this home and making it a comfortable home away from home. We will definitely look at renting this home again!

It is a lovely house, well furnished. Living room furniture was especially comfortable and useful compared to other places I have stayed. We rented kayaks for the week, and although as older women we had to figure out how to get from kayak back on the dock, it did work well enough. Beautiful place for kayaking, very interesting with changing tides. Beautiful views from back deck across the marsh of sunrise and sunset. Lots of bird activity to watch. If your main interest is the beach, it is a fair walk to get there. Many people were using golf carts, which I think you can rent. Only complaint is that check out time is 9:00 am - 10:00 seems much more reasonable - but this is a minor complaint. Over all, lovely place, just what I was hoping for.
