Windham is only about a 12 minute drive with lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. One of our favorite places to visit is Pineland Farms which is only ten minutes away. They have a great market\cafe and offer farm tours and outdoor activities for all seasons. This is a 4 Unit Townhouse Style Property but Unit 1 is very large with a private deck and fire pit. 3 smaller units have friendly year round tenants that you may see occasionally in the large yard or beach and dock areas.
