Step out the door and you are on Dickson, with the bars, restaurants and live music a short walk away. The University of Arkansas campus, Bud Walton Arena and Razorback Stadium are about a mile from the condo.

The space
Open living and dining area, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a balcony for morning coffee or a pregame drink. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen, and the condo sleeps 6. One full bath plus a half bath, air conditioning throughout, fast wifi and a TV for the games you are not at.

Parking
Parking is included right at the building, so game day parking is handled.

Guest access
The whole condo is yours. Check in details are sent before arrival so you can settle in on your own schedule.

Good to know
Dickson Street is the heart of Fayetteville nightlife, so expect some street energy on weekend nights, especially game weekends. Quiet hours inside the building are 10pm to 8am. No parties or events. The primary guest must be 25 or older. Pets are welcome with a pet fee.
