Come and stay in this cosy Cocoon Nantais flat on the first floor of a historic block of flats. It enjoys a peaceful setting, as the whole property overlooks an inner courtyard. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find a wide range of shops, boutiques and delicious restaurants.

A redevelopment project is currently underway on the street in front of the flat, notably involving the installation of new tram lines. Work is also taking place in the building’s courtyard. This work may cause some noise disturbance during the day.

The accommodation comprises the following:

- A living room with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, a television and an internet connection

High-quality bed linen, towels, rugs and tea towels are provided, and the bed will be made up on your arrival.

You can stroll around and explore the many shops on Rue Crébillon or admire the majestic Opera House on Place Graslin. You could also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or explore Cours Cambronne, both just 5 minutes away. For those who enjoy walking, it takes no more than fifteen minutes to reach the Château des Ducs de Bretagne.
Ideally situated, you’ll be able to make the most of Nantes city centre. There are plenty of food shops nearby, as well as excellent restaurants and bars in this highly sought-after neighbourhood!

Public transport:
- The ‘Médiathèque’ tram stop is about 2 minutes away.
- You can also opt for the self-service bikes known as “Bicloos”!
- For the airport, a shuttle bus is available from “Commerce” (5 minutes from the flat). You’ll be at the airport in 20 minutes.

The “La Baronne” flat is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be met on arrival by a member of our team, who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.
