Majestic by the Yacht Club is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury vacation home with a Western rear exposure on a sailboat access canal. The electric heated pool and spa with a fountain feature sets a resort-like tone. The two kayaks make it easy to explore the surrounding canals at your leisure. With its prime Yacht Club location, this retreat is the perfect fit for boaters and beachgoers looking for a well-stocked home base in Cape Coral.
This home sits within walking distance of the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach, on a sailboat access canal just minutes from the Gulf. Enjoy the western rear exposure with its sunny afternoons and stunning sunsets. Guests often spot local wildlife, including burrowing owls and wild parrots, right in the neighborhood. Cross the Cape Coral bridge over to Fort Myers and Sanibel only minutes by car.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Suite: King bed, streaming TV, pool deck access, two large walk-in closets. Luxury en-suite bath with dual vanities, centered garden tub, and walk-around shower.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large walk-in closet, pool deck access
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, large walk-in closet.
- Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower with pool access.
The bright, open living space is centered around an entertainment system with a large streaming TV and a PlayStation 3. The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. The nearby formal dining room is ideal for group meals. WiFi is available throughout the home.
Step out to an oversized pool deck featuring an electric heated pool and spa with a fountain feature. The lanai doors are equipped with a pool alarm. The sailboat access canal and boat dock make this a true boater's dream spot. Two kayaks are on hand for a leisurely ride down the water. The waterfront tiki hut has beautiful sunset views for an evening drink. There's plenty of outdoor seating, tables, and loungers for groups to soak up the sun. An outdoor BBQ grill is ready for evening cookouts. The owner also keeps two bikes in the garage that guests may use.

- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- Bikes in the garage are available for guest use but are not part of the rental.

It's difficult to check all the boxes when planning a trip. However, this property met them all. Upon arrival first impression was amazing, the property is beautiful just as the photos show. The cleaning team was amazing, neat as a pin. Attention to details, the towels were folded like a cruise, there wasn't as much as a fingerprint on the many glass windows throughout the home. One of my friends is one of the most picky, "clean freaks" and he kept commenting on how clean the property was. The boat lift worked well for my 23' bay reef and the canal was a 4 min boat ride to the river on a very quiet canal. Fishing was good in the canal off the dock. The pool and hot tub were very nice and worked well after long days of fishing and boating was a real plus for relaxation. The gas grill provided was a very good quality and worked well for several steak dinners. Property has plenty of outdoor sitting and lounges, towels, kitchen is well supplied. The level of service from property manager Florian was amazing and caring. He was well organized and responsive communicating all aspects of check-in and check-out procedures and sending texts just to make sure everything met our expectations. The only things I could mention to folks considering this property is: 1. I brought a 75' garden hose and nozzle for boat cleanup. 2. The pool remote control does work best in pool area as mentioned in instructions. We look forward to booking this property again next year. Well Done!

As soon as we entered, we felt right at home! The property was large, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very conveniently located to the Yacht Club area (easily walkable to the popular Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill). We walked daily and took the supplied bikes out for a spin around town. The outside pool area was the best part of the accommodations. Very spacious, very scenic (with canal views directly behind) and very well furnished with separate dining, lounging and sitting areas. It is definitely where we spent most of our time--would highly recommend to others and would gladly stay again.

We found this property after experiencing an issue with our first rental. We absolutely loved this rental. It was in great shape, had a wonderful pool and lanai area and large open great room concept. Would rent this place again.
