What we love most about La Golondrina is its enchanting, almost hidden-world atmosphere, full of bohemian charm and the spirit of barefoot travel. Rich jewel-toned walls, vibrant artwork and fascinating objects collected from around the world give the villa a unique personality. 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
