This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with a gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach and several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget-conscious guest, it is a home run! If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef, Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Cozy room. Huge master bed. The kids loved the couch bed but, not great for an adult.Close to the beach, but LOTS of major construction right in the parking lot. It’s not something they can control, and it didn’t ruin our stay, but it was unexpected. Quaint quiet courtyard (in the evenings) with the pool that was really nice.

Great location within the community, a downstairs corner condo with very easy access and close parking. The condo is well maintained with nice updated furniture and appliances throughout. The reservation, check-in and check-out process and communications were very easy and informative. Communications with the host was easy, timely and responsive. Less than a five minute walk straight down to Miramar Beach Public Beach Access. We would stay here again.

The property itself could use some updates but the location was perfect! Especially if you are a family and don’t want the hassle of trying to find a parking spot at the beach. It’s a super short walk to the beach!

Location was great. Just a short walk to beautiful beach! I arrived late and was a little difficult to find unit due to being so late. This is a bottom floor unit so noise level from upstairs tenants was occasionally loud. I realize this is completely out of control from the property owner but thought worth mentioning.
