The guest bedrooms both have comfortable queen size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy while feeling at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Need a getaway area to relax and enjoy some quiet time? The charming enclosed lanai offers seating for you to enjoy reading the morning paper and while enjoying your coffee or juice. There is also additional seating with a large table and comfortable chairs on this wrap around lanai. It's a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities or grilling out with new friends heading to town squares to dance the night away!

This dog-friendly home comes complete and includes a gas BBQ grill, golf cart, and WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
