Cocoonr offers this beautiful 50 m² flat for rent in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor (no lift) and completely renovated on the foundations of a historic building, this beautiful flat has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The flat is made up as follows:
- A living room with sofa, dining area and flat-screen TV
- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and all small appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- Bedroom 1 with king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, dekton vanity unit and washbasin, illuminated mirror with various functions, heated towel rail and wall-hung WC.
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- The Lices market, which takes place every Saturday
- Walks: Parc du Thabor, Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin
Transport :
If you come by car, you can park in a private, secure parking space at the foot of the building.
- Located 300 m from Sainte-Anne metro station and 200 m from the Chezy Dinan car park, with a pedestrian exit opposite the building.
-Bus routes are also available within a few minutes' walk of the building.

CERVANTES - Le 31bis Great location, walking distance to everything. Clean and cute apartment. However, the Agence notified us the day before that we would not have electricity the next day, which means no hot water, no electricity to use kitchen appliances and the stove top, no light in the toilets, etc. The Agence didn’t do anything to lower the price or make a gesture to compensate for this major inconvenience. That was a major downside for us. We would not have booked this place if we had known that this could have happened. We pay for a place and we expect to get what we paid for.
