"QUINTA LOURDES" is a
Casa de Piedra, located in a prestigious development in a most exclusive and private area of Puerto Vallarta, next to the Jungle.

THE PROPERTY :
The house has a privileged, spectacular view and a lot of privacy, equipped with everything necessary and comfortable, it is a house with rustic decoration, cozy with the essentials, with an attractive appearance and Mexican style on slopes, with four bedrooms very independent from each other distributed on different levels, with their own full bathroom each.
The house adjoins the Jungle and is nestled on the mountainside, has a natural tropical jungle environment, which harmonizes with its surroundings.
In winter whale watching and throughout the year it is common to see all kinds of animals typical of the area, marine birds such as seagulls and pelicans also squirrels, raccoons, armadillos, badgers and iguanas, exotic birds such as parakeets, macaws, chachalacas, ducks etc.
Without missing the show of whales, yachts, boats, kayak and jet skis, etc. I recommend you bring binoculars. The house is ideal to relax and unwind from civilization.

Pool, kitchen, terrace and dining room are private only for the group of guests who made the reservation.

La Playa de Mismaloya, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. They are 500mts or 20 minutes walking to the beach, so we recommend necessarily bringing a vehicle in case you do not want or cannot walk up and down the subdivision or take a taxi.
Other aspects that must be taken into account that are active vacations on one side of the jungle, isolated and the house is on slopes, there are stairs in case someone suffers from the knees, is an older adult or has special needs, ideal for a group of young people that they like the adventure and new experiences also for children of any age.

A friend and I stayed at Quinta Lourdes for 1 week, the last week of February and loved it! The house was as described in the listing and in the photos. From the minute I booked the house the communication with our hostess was great. She sent me lots of information about the house, the town of Mismaloya and where to find restaurants, taxis, massages. Leading up to the trip, if I had a question, I would send her a message and get a response very quickly, she was very helpful. We were at Quinta Lourdes during the Shelter in Place on the Sunday the blockades occurred. Our hostess contacted me right away to tell us to stay in the house and not go anywhere. We felt "looked after" and safe. Her houseman who stays on the property (he is quiet, friendly and very discreet) was there and we knew he would keep an eye on things for us. We did not leave the house for 2 days and were just fine! The beautiful view, the pool, the excellent Wifi connectivity and equipped kitchen was enough to keep us occupied and content. We spent much of our time on the deck during the week and saw lots of whales out in the bay, I recommend bringing some binoculars. The house is beside a small jungle which makes it very tranquil and provides pretty scenery. There were lots of birds and iguanas, and even some coatis, to be seen everyday. The house was well equipped with bath towels, pool towels, toilet paper and soap. Large 20 L jugs of drinking water was provided too. We hope to return soon!

Host and staff were absolutely phenomenal. We stayed for 10 nights and we cannot wait to return. An incredible home to stay in. Book here you won’t regret it. So amazing.

The host is great. I just wish we would of considered how steep this property is . Although we were told about the incline to the home and throughout the home it still was surprisingly difficult to move around. Beautiful view , AC works well , kitchen could use some upgrades and bbq should be gas not charcoal.. pool was a bit chilly and out of the sun .
