This is a gorgeous, fully remodeled condo in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale; literally walking distance to all the main attractions. (Giants Spring Training Field, Old Town Bars, Fashion Square Mall, and a 5 minute drive to Talking Stick Sports Complex & Casino.) The home is equipped with Apple HomeKit, so you can control the A/C, Front Door Lock, & lights in every room using Siri Voice control. The Master features all new carpet and tile, a King size luxury mattress (brand new), and upgraded recessed lighting. In the guest bedroom, there are two, brand new full beds, complete with gorgeous wood/tile floor throughout. The home has two bathrooms, both of which are newly remodeled as well. The kitchen and living area is an absolute dream getaway, new plush couches, brand new kitchen cabinets, beautiful granite counter tops, and a wine fridge for entertaining! You will not find a better home in a better location I assure you!

Your dishwasher is leaking and the repairman said you need a new one. Also, you need a strainer and some large casseroles to put food in. They can go in the oven.

Property has a great location, recently updated and some amenities including access to golf and walking trails right out the door. The space is small and quite dark however, has sparse natural light and can feel like a cave. The kitchen is small, has no area to dine and lacks a lot of equipment you would expect in a rental.

Great location with easy walking to old town and even up to Fashion Square. Pool was great and gym had basic essentials for a good work out. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return some time.
