The two rooms include a bedroom with sleeping accommodations for two and a living area with a sofa nook and an open, integrated kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils are all provided. Wi-Fi, a TV, radio, and CD player are also available. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and hair dryer; a washing machine is available for shared use.

Guests can enjoy the outdoors on the terrace. Garden furniture, a lawn for sunbathing, and barbecue facilities round out the amenities. Private parking is also available. Children are welcome, and up to two pets are allowed; the property is designated as non-smoking.
