Perfect comfy small Duplex space for families or guests with friends. Many individual sleeping areas. We provide all the necessary amenities for a fun stay. This is a lower-class neighborhood but all hard-working class neighbors. Most are all family and related to each other as well.

Very small and quaint. A little smaller than i expected but overall very nice. It was very clean and Allen was very easy to communicate and deal with!:) i would definetely recommend staying here especially if you only need somewhere to sleep as there is very little couch space for just sitting around! But i would recommend them:)

The check-in process was easy and communication with the host was great. When we arrived, we noticed the water wasn’t on, we contacted the host and he called to let us know someone was on their way. Within 20 min of contact, we had water and he contacted to verify it was on for us. The house was clean and organized. Would definitely rent from them again!

The property manager was very quick to respond to our messages. The bad part is the neighborhood, there was a bad smell by the driveway. Not sure if it was coming from the septic or the neighbors.
