The luxury villa Lorena impresses with its light-flooded, open-plan architecture, high-quality materials and spectacular sea views, offering exclusive living at the highest level. Relax every day in the elegant wellness area with heated indoor pool and sauna, where retractable glass windows seamlessly connect the pool and terrace and provide a special bathing experience at any time of year. Enjoy quiet hours in the stylish living area or meals together in the designer kitchen.

Villa Lorena offers three spacious terraces that create the ideal conditions for relaxing hours in the sun. The roof terrace in particular is a true heaven for all the senses and delights with an unobstructed 360-degree panoramic view of the glittering Adriatic Sea and the picturesque, lively town of Novigrad. This special outdoor experience is complemented by the whirlpool, which invites you to take a refreshing dip with a view at any time.

Explore Novigrad and stroll through the charming old town with its narrow streets, historic walls and small harbour. Enjoy relaxing days of swimming on the well-tended beaches and bathing plateaus along the coast with crystal-clear water. Sample the excellent Istrian cuisine in restaurants and konobas known for their fresh fish, truffle dishes and regional wines. Novigrad is also an ideal starting point for excursions along the west coast of Istria or into the green hinterland.
