Thank you for looking at our listing! Our unobstructed ocean view condo has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed. Sleeps 6. Direct view of OCEANFRONT & BEACHFRONT with Amazing views!!! Watch sunsets over the ocean on the private lanai. This unit is immaculate and was fully remodeled October 2023 and pride of ownership is evident throughout. Island Surf building is a gem with its central Kihei location and its fantastic trade winds. They provide a cooling breeze that keeps the temperatures just right.
Beautiful grounds with a pool and BBQ. Any stress you have will melt away. Slip into the pool and enjoy the ocean view while you relax in the Maui sun.
Perfect location to go explore the island! Or take a day to just relax to catch a glimps of green sea turtles rolling in the surf or bobbing up for air, even sunning themselves on the beach. In the winter months (Nov-April) you will have a front row seat to breaching whales as they come back to the islands to give birth, nurse, and play with their young!
This is the perfect place to vacation! Popular area to take surf lessons, snorkel, play beach volleyball, shop, eat, get shave ice! Be right in the middle of all the action!
Convenient to have rental shops, surf schools, massage, restaurants and more just down on the 1st floor!
Favorite restaurants nearby (1-2 min walk) are : Paia Fish Market, Three’s bar and grill, Tiki Lounge, Kihei Cafe, Lava Java Coffee, and dont miss South Maui Gardens located directly behind our building!

The condo was extremely clean and the views from the Lanai are amazing. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the Lanai. Every convenience is within walking distance.

We had such an awesome stay at 1993 South Kihei! Clyde and Darcy were amazing hosts super friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to help with anything we needed. The condo was clean, comfy, and had a great relaxed vibe that made us feel right at home.The location is perfect! You can walk to tons of great food spots, local cafes, and the Foodland supermarket, which made everything super convenient. The beach is just a short stroll away too, and it’s a great spot to watch the sunset or go for a morning walk.We really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai in the evenings, feeling the ocean breeze and soaking in the Maui atmosphere. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and parking was super easy.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Clyde and Darcy are awesome hosts, and we’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Kihei. Highly recommended
