We had the opportunity to stay in Villa 45 for a couple of days this summer and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful South Beach is a 5 minute walk and is wide and calm. We loved being right next to the BHI club and really enjoyed strolling over for a delicious dinner one evening. The Villa was really cute, clean and fresh, comfortable and well stocked. We had some great morning bike rides with the the cruisers included with the Villa. The sunset from the deck cannot be beat. What a fantastic spot on this gorgeous island!

This was our second time staying at Villa 45 and won’t be our last! Great communication with Edie and Katie, great views, and great location on the island. The new 6-seater golf cart was a great addition since our prior stay a few years ago.

Bald Head Island is a hidden gem, and this villa made it unforgettable. Peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect escape from everything. No cars, stunning beaches, and a property that delivered on every front. Already planning a return trip. Highly recommend.
